The entire cast seems to be enjoying themselves throughout the movie and you can’t help but smile along as you watch it. Memorable characters like Chance and Dude and Colorado and Feathers and my personal favorite Stumpy. Not just a great Western, but a great film.

It’s a grand entertainment that also has everything typically associated with art: comedy, tragedy, love, death, friendship, community and personal redemption. A fantastic collaboration between some of the greats of classic cinema and some talented newcomers. We laugh, we cry, everything we want from a movie.
