I have to agree with the list and say that Citizen Kane is the best film of all time. However I have a top 40 list and a few of my favorite films don’t appear on the AFI list and they are,
AMADEUS
THE RIGHT STUFF
CHARIOTS OF FIRE
AVALON
SHAKESPERE IN LOVE
THE PLAYER
JFK
THE MATRIX

Maybe these films will get there next time.
