Although I can not say what my favorite movie of all time is… CLOSE ENCOUNTERS OF THE THIRD KIND is ONE of my favorites. The films story of a man falling appart and losing his family is brilliantly told by Steven Spielberg. Not only does it have excellent performances, beautiful visuals and cinemetography, and fantastic special effects (especialy for that time period) but it is with out a doubt the most original (and in my opinion the greatest) potrayal of UFOs and alian life that I have ever seen. This is all topped off by one of John Williams greatest scores that absorbs you into the huge heart of the film itself. So one thing I just don’t understand…
