Great plot, amazing acting, unbelievable winter scenes, one of the few movies that has ever repeatedly caused me to feel that I was actually present in the movie’s activities, AND an unforgettable theme song.

I agree. I can’t believe Dr. Zhivago that was thirty something on the last list, was completely off the new one. This movie was fantastic! Shame on AFI.

This is one of my “top ten” and I agree that it should certainly be in the Top 100 List. It affected me so much, from one of the first scenes of Yuri’s Mother’s burial to the end. It is a classic.

I cannot believe that Dr. Shivago was not on the list last night. It is the most wonderful movie and should havee been way up there on the wst calss list. Shame on you again.

I absolutely agree, that Zhivago is one of the very best.
As a matter of fact, where is Nicholas and Alexandra?
