Dustin Hoffman, Teri Garr, Jessica Lange, Bill Murray, Sydney Pollack, Gina Davis, Dabney Coleman, and Charles Durning. Dustin Hoffman should have won an Oscar for his portrayal of Dorothy Michaels/Michael Dorsey. The cast was great and the dialogue was so funny.

Of course the acting is superb but let’s not forget Sydney Pollack’s direction as well as the editing because as we all know, comedy is all in the timing. A perfect film comedy that never tires with repeated viewing. Favorite lines:
Producer: ” I’d like to make her more attractive. How far can you pull back?”
Camera Man: “How do you feel about Cleaveland?”
Producer: “Knock it off!”
